Russell’s Convenience Rewards Club Program
Terms, Rules and Conditions

Members must completely fill out a member application in writing or by instructions at the Russell’s Convenience website. 

• Members must be at least 18 years of age, and maintain a valid email address and phone number.
• Inaccurate emails or phone numbers will result in the deletion of that member’s information.
• Members agree to be automatically enrolled in the Russell’s Convenience Reward Program.
• Members agree to use each Award(s) presented only once per year.
• Members agree to provide a government issued ID to confirm their birthdate.
• Russell’s Convenience may modify, suspend or cancel this program at any time without notice.

Successfully completed member applications will result in participation in the Russell’s Convenience Rewards program where members will receive:

• A confirmation email sent upon acceptance into the Russell’s Convenience Rewards program.

During the member’s birthday month two (2) Awards each good for redemption once three (3) weeks prior and three (3) weeks after the member’s birthdate:

• Scrumptious Buttery Popcorn & Ice Cold Fountain Soda (where available).
• Columbian Fresh Coffee and a Nemo’s Cake (Banana, Chocolate & Carrot). Free of charge.

The Member will be entitled to discount pricing as displayed on promotional signage.

During the calendar year and from time to time at Russell’s Convenience’s option, the Member will be entitled to other rewards. The cashier will inform the Member of the availability at time of sale.  All rewards expire 30 days after issuance.

Communication and Privacy

• By enrolling in the Program, you agree that Russell’s Convenience may send you communications about the Program(s).
• You may unsubscribe at any time from all subscriptions by simply responding via email with the subject line "Unsubscribe".  We will immediately remove your email from our servers.     
• Russell’s Convenience may send you an additional communication about Russell’s Convenience its programs or promotions.
